In 2024, at 32, I traded my Senior Marketing Manager title for my heart-felt why. Today, I help people step out of a good enough life and career and reconnect with who they truly are, what makes them feel alive and the difference they want to make in the world.
Because I believe your Life Purpose isn't something you have to invent. It is something you remember.
My Awakening: There Had to Be More Than a “Good Enough” Life
For years, I was living a life that looked pretty good on paper. I had a Master's degree, a successful career in Marketing, lived in Berlin and did all the things I thought I was supposed to do. And yet, something was missing.
I have spent much of my life in (social) anxiety, in the fear of being seen and in the fear of things going wrong. I wanted to control. I craved safety inside of my comfort zone. At the same time, there was always another part of me that wanted more. More aliveness. More meaning. More magic.
I had been seeking love outside of myself. I had been looking everywhere for a purpose. For my life to finally begin. And eventually, that search brought me somewhere I didn't expect. Back to myself.

The Turning Point: Getting Out of My Head & Into My Heart
When I sat in the middle of a 10-day silent meditation retreat, I had a big revelation: I am more than my thoughts. The real me does not reside in my head that never stops talking and creating misery. It resides in my heart.
Life changed for me in that moment when I found the way out of my head into my heart.
I realized that all the answers I had been looking for outside of myself were in my own heart. I felt it. I experienced it. And I can only speak from my own experience, but where I thought there was darkness, in the depths of myself, I found love. I found everything I had been looking for. It was all inside of me.
From Corporate Life To My Own Fairytale
And so I left my corporate career and slowly began creating a life that once existed only in my imagination. I trained as a meditation teacher & life purpose coach, started School of Souls, began guiding meditation and journaling experiences, reading tarot, facilitating retreats and corporate workshops and fulfilled one of my biggest dreams: becoming a published author.
Somehow, I had combined all of my passions into one fairytale business.
I am now living a life I could once only dream about. I have remembered. And because you are here, maybe you are ready to remember, too.
Why I Created Heart Answers®
Throughout my own journey, I noticed that my deepest answers came from within my own heart when I became still enough to listen.
This is why I developed Heart Answers®, a guided meditation technique that helps you connect with your heart and access the answers that are already within you.
Today, this idea sits at the heart of everything I teach: Inner Purpose comes before Outer Purpose. Heart first, mind second. First, we reconnect you with who you are. Then we discover how your unique magic wants to express itself in your life and career.
A Little Bit of Magic. A Little Bit of Strategy.
My work brings together both sides of me: years of exploring mindfulness and self-discovery alongside a Master's degree and my corporate work experience.
I don't believe you have to choose between following your heart and being strategic about your life. Let your heart show you where you want to go. Then let your mind help you figure out how to get there.

Alba is pushed into life: a blind date, adventures, and a journey back to her own heart. What begins as resistance turns into magic and the possibility of falling in love with life, perhaps for the first time. (Also tiny spoiler: tarot cards are also part of the novel)
